Tânia Gidel

A chef trained at the prestigious school, Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Although she specialized in plant-based cuisine, her true passion is traditional Portuguese food.

Since the age of 5, when she received her first cookbook, Tânia has been enchanted by the culinary arts.

She lived in Paris for several years, where she honed her skills alongside renowned chefs and organized private dinners for families and companies.

Additionally, Tânia is the founder and CEO of the brand Midi à Paris, a lifestyle brand that encourages Parisian women to improve their food choices in the workplace by using stylish accessories.
